How to make Tomato Paneer???

Firstly we need to cut the paneer (cottage cheese) into big square pieces. Take a sauce pan and pour little oil on it. Pour the paneer pieces on it and fry gently. Make sure the paneer pieces do not break or smashed. Fry the paneer pieces till it turns brown. Then take it out of the oil very gently.

Take a big bowl. Pour warm water in the bowl. Add a little salt in the warm water. Then pour the fried paneer in the warm water and keep it for 15 minutes. It is to keep the fried paneer pieces soft. Now grind the onion and tomato and keep it separately. Mince the clove.

Now we are ready to cook tomato paneer. We need to take a fresh sauce pan. Let us pour the butter in it. Spread it gently all over the sauce pan equally. Make sure that the flame is low before pouring the butter that it does not burn out. Now we need to add the clove mince and bay leaf in the butter. Stir the leaf gently in the butter. Make sure the flavor comes out.

We will have a beautiful smell around. Now we need to add the grinded onion in it. We can higher the flame now and stir the onion hard in butter. Stir the onion till it turns brown. Once it turns light brown we need to add ginger paste in the onion. We need to add the coriander powder in it only half table spoon.

Add some salt and sugar to it. Now we need to stir it hard to mix everything very well. Add a little water and lower the flame a bit. Stir it continuously to make sure that it does not catch the bottom. Now we will pour the grinded tomato in the mixture. We need stir the mixture gently. Add some water to it and stir the mixture very well. Lower the flame and cover it up for 2 minutes. In the mean time we need to filter out the paneer from that salted warm water bowl. Be careful, the paneer pieces will be very soft.

Take a nice bowl and place the paneer pieces as you want. Now take the cover out from the tomato mixture and pour the mixture gently on the paneer. Cover it up for 10 more minutes. Remove the cover and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot.
