Golgappe or phuchka is a famous delish with some mouth watering experiences. This snack is now winning hearts all over the world. It is considered to be an inexpensive medium to rule your heart with tangy taste and dip of masala. The flavor of this dish simply makes you go wild with fun and share it with others.
Straight to the recipe: Golgappe or phuchka
Ingredients:
First mix the Suji (Semolina) and Salt, mix with it finely. Then put some oil and apply the same technique. Now with the help of Maida (Flour) try to make the dough by adding water. After making the dough goes for small pan cakes, try to make it as thin as possible…
Then take a deep pan and pour some oil so that you can deep fry these and it will pop up like a balloon. Fry all and store it within an air tight container.
Now the making the filling and water:
Mash the potatoes and add all the ingredients. Then take a bowl and add tamarind, salt and water. Mix it well to make tangy syrup.
Now serve the Golgappe or phuchka with the filling and water. And enjoy a lovely evening and noon with your friends and loved ones.
