The masala muri recipe:
The ingredients you will be needed to make the jhal muri:
• 2 cups of muri or it is also called murmura (puffed rice)
• 4 table spoon chana chur (spicy sev)
• 4 table spoon normal sev
• 3 table spoon raw peanuts
• 2 table spoon fresh coconut finely sliced
• 1 green chili very finely chopped
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 table spoon coriander leaves
• 1 boiled potato peeled out and chopped
• 1 tomato finely chopped
• Half cucumber
• Half tea spoon mustard oil
• Half table spoon pickle oil
• Juice of half lemon
The procedure is real easy one. Just take a bowl and mix every ingredients one by one nicely and jhal muri is ready to serve.
