The new generation of the Mahindra Scorpio is surely going to live up to the expectation of being a beauty in the form of a beast. It is has been designed to appear more lean, mean and aggressive with improved dynamics, as well as contemporary looks from the outside, along with several advanced features from the inside.

The body of the new generation Mahindra Scorpio has been fitted in a new modular ladder frame. To ensure full safety of the passengers, the new Scorpio comes with dual front airbags, ABS and a brand new feature called panic breaking, which helps to apply brakes automatically by flashing the hazard lights, in case the driver is unable to put the brakes due to some unforeseen situation.

The engine of the new Scorpio is the same as the previous model, except that it now delivers greater torque which offers better manoeuvring of the car. The turning radius has been lessened in the new Scorpio from 5.7 m to 5.4 m. Mileage offered by the Scorpio is has increased over time, as per Mahindra and Mahindra. Back in 2002 the Scorpio used to deliver 11.2 kmpl mileage. The new Scorpio is much more fuel efficient and delivers 15.37 kmpl mileage now. This makes the new Mahindra Scorpio class apart from all the other cars in the same segment.
Mahindra Scorpio on road price begins from 10.76 lakh in Delhi and goes up to 17.82 lakh for the automatic transmission with four wheel drive option.

Total cost of ownership or TCO of Mahindra Scorpio comes to Rs 9.82 lakh approximately.
