Rajasthan is one of the best and most fascinating destinations for every tourist in the world. The meaning of Rajasthan is the place of kings. It is the largest state of the India. Most of the area in Rajasthan is covered by Thar Desert, another big attraction for Rajasthan. Jaipur, the pink city is the capital of the state. It is an amazing place along with unparallel natural beauty. Thousands of tourists visit this place every year. There are thousands of places to visit. Rajasthan has extreme weather. It is too hot during the day time and too cold during the night. Humidity is very low in Rajasthan so the weather is very dry all through the year. Rajasthan has the Aravalli range is there in the landscape. The places need to be visited are:

Jaipur: Jaipur is known as the pink city. The reason behind is that in Rajasthan people use natural color to color the house, palace etc. The color is nothing but red mud and when it is applied on the walls become pink. Nowadays people use pink color to color the houses in Rajasthan instead of that red mud.

Jodhpur: Jodhpur is known as the Sun City. It remains bright and sunny all through the calendar. Along with this it is also known as the blue city as the building walls are painted blue to get an identity like Jaipur. Jodhpur is 200 km away from Jaipur. Also in the Jodhpur, there are many places to visit. Like-

Udaipur: 403 km away from Jaipur, the white city Udaipur is located. All the houses and palaces are white painted for their identity. Rest part is covered by white marble that gives some extra appearance of the city. Udaipur is also known as the city of lakes. It was the place where Mewar Kingdom used to rule. The city Udaipur is also termed as Venice of East.

Mount Abu: Mount Abu is the famous and popular hill station in Aravalli Range. The Aravalli range is 9 km wide and 22 km long. Guru Shikhar at 5,650 ft high from the sea level is the highest pick of the range.

Jaisalmer: Jaisalmer is known as the Golden City. A special yellow or golden color rock is found in Jaisalmer. Fort, houses and hotels are made by this rock only. Jaisalmer is just 5 km away from the Thar Desert. It is also known as the Camel city. Apart from the desert the other places to visit are:
