Advantages Of Government Jobs

Government Jobs

Government jobs come up with innumerable advantages. There are a lot of bright sides of doing a government job, though most of the younger generations are not interested in government jobs these days. This is because private organizations attract them the most, but they tend to forget that doing a government job can be a fruitful career option for them.

Teaching is noble

Teaching among all the government jobs is the most noble. This is because teaching is not only a job; it is a responsibility to prepare those who are the future of this country. Aspiring teachers have to sit for the SSC examination whose full form is School Service Commission. This helps one to get the certificate to teach in High Schools. One can sit for the examination after completing their graduation course from a recognized University. But this is a competitive examination and one needs to prepare hard for it. There are many SSC training institutes in Delhi, which help one to prepare for the entrance exam.

The advantages of doing a government jobs

Most of the people may not have the idea that government jobs have a very attractive pay package. Some may think that they pay much less than the private jobs, but this is not true. This is because government jobs pay according to the Pay Commission run by the Government of India. As the Pay Commission increases, there is also an increase in their salary sanctions. In fact, there are also many scopes to get promoted in the job and the pay package depends on that.

Apart from the salary, there are many perks of working in a government sector. The primary one is the health care.  They provide a lot of health care facilities. There is always a chance that one may suffer from a health issue, which has an expensive treatment, and it is not possible for an ordinary man to afford it. But working on a government sector can easily solve your problem. They take care if you are severely ill and help with all the health checkups and medical expenses. Above that, they also lend a helping hand if some of your family members are suffering from any disease.

Apart from health care allowances, there are also other kinds of facilities that a person working in government sector can get. These include Travel Allowances and Dearness Allowances. With the help of Travel Allowances, one can easily travel to any corner of the country and enjoy their holidays with family and friends.

Government job gives one the advantage of getting pensions, which no other private jobs can provide. Private jobs can offer a very high pay package, but once you are retired from the job, they will not take any responsibility. But a government job begs to differ. They pay a certain amount of money on a monthly basis to their employees after retirement till death.

Getting a government job may be hard, but it acts as a onetime solution. Once you get it, this is a permanent job.

You may not be able to notice the weight gain if it is in the range of 10 to 15 kgs. To avoid this situation, you can buy an analogue weighing scale to keep a tab of your weight.

Top 6 Facts About the Mahindra NuvoSport

Mahindra NuvoSport – SUV

The Mahindra NuvoSport is one of the biggest launches for Mahindra & Mahindra in 2016. This compact seven seater SUV has already generated huge interest amongst fans and loyalists of the brand along with prospective car buyers in the compact SUV segment.
Apart from knowing the on road prices, here are the top 6 facts that you should definitely know about-
With bookings open for INR 10, 000, the Mahindra NuvoSport can be confirmed for purchase right away at your nearest dealership. There has been no official confirmation from Mahindra & Mahindra but dealerships are accepting bookings for the compact SUV in lieu of this small and token amount. According to sources, the number of bookings is already higher than expected which augurs well for India’s largest utility vehicle maker.

Design wise, the Mahindra NuvoSport is a replacement for the Quanto which retains the basic body structure and even the rear looks quite similar even though the front fascia has been completely changed and face lifted. This is an all new car in that respect with a complete interior and exterior makeover alike. The NuvoSport improves on each and every aspect as compared to the Quanto, particularly keeping the new headlights, LED DRLs, narrow grille, high bonnet line, big bumper, brushed metal sump guards at both front and rear and the floating roof into context. There will also be round fog lamps and 5 spoke alloy wheels for higher variants in addition to seating for seven people.

There will be four grades for the NuvoSport spread through six unique variants, namely the N4, N6, N4+, N8, N6 AMT and N8. ABS may be a standard feature throughout the entire vehicle lineup while dual airbags are likely to be optional for the N4 grade. The top end N8 grade will get steering mounted buttons, Bluetooth, touch screen audio system, voice command recognition, tilt steering adjustability and alloy wheels among other features.

The NuvoSport makes use of the same platform as that of the new generation Scorpio and does not use the previous platform used for the Quanto. This automatically means that the compact SUV will offer better handling, balance and drivability in comparison to its predecessor. This may well be a good move from Mahindra & Mahindra. This should also mean that the NuvoSport is likely to get a longer wheelbase than the NuvoSport in spite of being a sub 4m vehicle.

The new NuvoSport is slated to come with a trusted and time tested 1.5 litre diesel engine which is also used for the TUV300. However, there will be a 1.2 litre petrol engine option like the KUV100 and Mahindra is reportedly considering an AMT gearbox option for the NuvoSport apart from the likely 5 speed manual transmission unit for all regular variants.

The NuvoSport will be launched on the 4th of April and Mahindra & Mahindra will definitely look to price the car competitively in order to outstrip rivals like the Ford EcoSport and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza. The prices are estimated to be between INR 6-8.5 lakhs (ex-showroom). You can check on road prices in Delhi here.

  • Exchange: You get comparatively lesser value when you try to trade in your car for a new one at the car dealership. However, sometimes you can strike better deals with the dealer in the form of loyalty bonus, special offers and when the salesman is desperately trying to seal a new car deal with you.
  • Trader/ Broker: IBB suggests this should be your last option as trader/ brokers are there to make money out of the deal and will always try to pull down the selling price.
  • Color: Colors like white, silver and beige are popular in the market and will fetch you better value than not so popular colors.
  • Mechanical and aesthetic appeal: Better the condition of your car, you get better value. That big dent or abnormal engine clatter can put off buyers or they will bargain for a lower price.
