How to make Mango Smoothie Delights?
In this hot summer, having cool fresh juice like Mango Smoothie is like heaven. But going outside and having it will not give you that feast which you may get in making on your own. It’s like creating a delight for you in the month of scorching heat.
- 500gms Riped Mango
- Sugar 100 gms
- Rock salt – small pinch
- Salt – as per taste
- Dahi – 100 gms
- Lichi – 100 gms
- Water – 2 cups
How to make:
At first take the mangoes, scoop out all the pulp from it. Put aside the seed. Then put it in a grinder, add sugar, salt, dahi and lichi and half cup water. Start grinding for 2 mins and turn it off. You will get a thick paste, if you see some mangoes are still not finely pasted then you can again start over it.
After that add the remaining water and mix it with a spoon within the mixer. After the job is done take two juice glasses, pour down the mixture and on top of it add few pinches of rock salt and crushed ice. Your mango smoothie is ready.
