School Violence & College Bullying
Globally school and college violence has become a serious issue. It not only involves physical torture but also emotional. In recent years it has been observed with students who are acquainted with guns or knives.
With the advent of internet now days every information is available at your finger tip. Students who are in the age group of 15 years to 18 years are easily getting driven towards this kind of behaviour. In the internet they are searching, in television they are watching violence and crime being committed every now and then. How crime is illegal & unlawful they are failing to understand. No proper judgement is being done for the truth and lawlessness is spreading in every parts of the world. So when young people are taught about moral values and difference between truth and lie, they fail to understand its value.
HOW CRIME IS GETTING EXPOSED TO SOCIETY
Young students while they are at college are easily exposed to violence. They are joining wrong political groups and committing crime. Sometimes it has been observed that students who even did not want to be part of wrong political affairs are being forced into it. As a result their academic career is getting jeopardised.College bullying has taken serious turn. Seniors are continuously after juniors and they bully them for every move they make. Students are being terrified in going to school or college. Few groups of youngsters has taken over the society and ruling in an unruly manner. Even teachers or professors are unable to control them. They have lost all control over them and are being terrified by wrong action of young students.
SUFFERING OF GOOD STUDENTS
Good students who suffer are driven towards wrong direction.They are reluctant to go to colleges and stay at home for security. They are extremely terrorised and fear is in their heart and mind. They are unable to come out of this situation and going to college has become a nightmare. Notonly physical violence physical assault is being observed in both men & women. Women have become victim of sexual assault & abuse and men are not relived from the hands of other men. Most of these assaults on college campuses are hugely ruled by some power groups who operates within those campuses. The prime cause behind these kinds of inhuman activities is alcohol and drugs.
WISE PARENTING RESPONSE & REMEDIAL MEASURE TOWARDS COLLEGE VIOLENCE
Parents are increasingly getting worried about their son or daughter. Violence is not only restricted to school or college it is the problem of society at large. Complete elimination of violence is impossible but controlling it in spreading among young students is in our hand.
In every school & college law governing body has been established, who takes necessary action whenever any crime is committed within school/college campus. Parents are investigating college records before admitting their youngsters. Teachers/professors background is being checked before any new job is offered to them. It has been observed that if college authority is not strict these violence & crime in collegespertains very easily.
